Running from June 5 to 28, the highly anticipated Atlantic Festival is set to kick off the summer season, drawing thousands of residents and tourists to Funchal’s seafront avenue, Avenida do Mar, for its iconic weekend firework displays. Long before the main event begins, the bay area buzzes with anticipation as crowds gather to secure the best vantage points along the waterfront.
